Red Poppies Mosaic
This is a handmade, one-of-a-kind original mosaic. This piece is 13.5" x 13", and with the frame, the whole piece is 14.75" tall x 14" wide x 1" deep.
This mosaic is made out of stained glass with all of the pieces being cut by hand. The poppy petals were created with a beautiful solid red stained glass. The center of each flower has a little pop of bright yellow stained glass, surrounded by a meticulous line of black shiny beads, and the stems are made with a grassy green stained glass. The background is a solid wisps gray stained glass.
All of the pieces of glass were individually cut by hand and carefully placed then glued down. Once the glue dried, the piece was then grouted with a very light gray grout. The frame is solid black.
On the back, there are two screws with hanging wire wrapped three times between them to ensure an extra strength hold when hung on the wall. This piece is for indoor display only.
